Our client is seeking a Project Manager that can grow the commercial construction repairs in Townsville and manage the commercial, residential and strata works.
Role
* Confirm scope of works and budget accuracy
* Monitor and implement safety standards
* Oversee all aspects of construction, repair and restoration
* Monitor budget and legislative compliance
* Supervise all trades and construction on site
* Maintain company policies like WH & S
Person
* QBCC supervisor license required
* Previous Project Management experience
* Previous Insurance experience required
* First Aid certificate required
* Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, WHS, SWMS, PPE requirements
* Experienced at managing trades, sites
