We are seeking a versatile person with experience in IT who can navigate between various responsibilities, including IT support & helpdesk services. The ideal candidate must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
This position requires skill and genuine expertise, not made-up entries on your resume.
You will be asked questions that allow us to determine if you actually “know your stuff”.

We are aiming to find the right person to integrate with our current team as teamwork is very important to us to ensure the appropriate levels of service are given to our clients. We have a very diverse range of clients, so all previous experience would be considered.
Experience with the following would be well-regarded for the position:
Diagnosing PC hardware faults
Reloading Windows / OSX / Linux / Android / iOS OS environments
Experience in data recovery would be advantageous
Experience in remote assistance
Experience in performing onsite jobs
Laptop screen replacements
Mac repairs

Monday to Friday

In person, must be willing to be based in Townsville, North Queensland
Must be willing to travel for work
