Your new role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Site Manager to join our project team north of Rockhampton. This key role involves overseeing the administration and successful delivery of a significant electrical and civil project. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will lead and supervise well-established teams, manage pre-starts, safety, reporting, and ensure the functionality and safety of the site. With a defence site setting, this position also requires managing sensitive operations and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in site management, particularly in electrical or infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
* Ability to handle site administration, safety management, and reporting with precision.
* Experience working on defence sites is highly regarded, with a keen eye for compliance.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Driver's Licence, White Card, relevant certifications.
