The Access Canberra Digital Design and Delivery section enables Access Canberra’s effective and secure use of technology in delivering digital services to the community. Working in partnership with the operational business units and policy areas, the section leads the design and delivery of digital solutions as well as supporting the agency’s critical business systems.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, and collaborative Assistant Director, Information Management and Security. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Demonstrate ability to understand ACT Government information management and security policies and apply them to achieve positive outcomes for the organisation.
Degree/industry certifications or minimum 5 years' experience in Government working with Essential 8 and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) frameworks including principles, concepts, current and emerging trends and technologies is highly desirable.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
