With no HR Manager currently in place, this newly created position is a critical role to support the continued growth and maturity of the business.
About the Position: As the Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee the full employee lifecycle, providing both operational and strategic HR support.
You'll be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and industrial relations, while offering sound HR advice to leadership.
Leading a small team, you'll also play a key role in developing retention strategies and shaping the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Prior experience in a consultancy or start-up environment, especially with technical workforces and knowledge of bid processes, will set you apart.
About You: Ideally, you've worked in consultancies or start-ups, handling both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives like EVP development and retention strategies.
You'll thrive in a dynamic and growing environment, ready to take ownership of HR functions and lead a small team to success.
