Account Manager – Network You will work closely with a team of friendly and committed staff across Australia who are genuinely interested in our customers, business success and the needs of others. Sales experience, presentation skills and report building is essential to this role. As part of the interaction with prospects and customers important market intelligence is to be obtained to ensure market competitiveness and relationships are maintained. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with all key stake holders and customers in the portfolio. Serve as the face of the company and be the single point of contact for enquiries and concerns. Manage expectations of clients on a timely basis if disruptions occur during service delivery process. Maintain regular communication with client decision makers, meeting with them at least quarterly. Maintain or exceed current revenue levels from assigned customer portfolio in accordance to KPI's supplied Qualifications Prior experience as an Account Manager or similar role Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI targets Work at a faster than average pace Comfortable with ongoing change and detail-oriented Efficient yet conservative and by the book Comfortable making decisions with input/direction from others #J-18808-Ljbffr
