Reporting directly to the Global Head of HSE, you will drive compliance, ensure operational excellence, and lead the implementation of effective HSE programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving complex challenges and maintaining the highest standards of safety and sustainability.You are an experienced leader who builds capabilities within teams by coaching site leaders and embedding HSE systems. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will oversee the execution of HSE initiatives and lead change management processes to align with Bradken’s safety and sustainability strategies. Your ability to interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance to senior leaders will ensure consistent compliance and operational efficiency across the region.As an expert collaborator, you will work closely with HSE, Sustainability, and Quality teams to design and implement national and global policies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining audit schedules, ensuring alignment with HSE standards, and delivering effective training programs. Your proactive approach to risk management and performance reviews will enable you to establish clear priorities and resource allocation for achieving functional goals.You will demonstrate strong leadership by aligning people, processes, and systems with organizational strategies. As a mentor, you will focus on enhancing the capabilities of direct reports, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
