You will assist the staff in providing an excellent cancer treatment service to our community.Some of your responsibilities would include:Preparing and printing treatment listsPrinting and organising treatment charts and manufacturing worksheetsFilingPBS claim sorting and reconciliationMaintaining statisticsData entry for clinical trials activityOrganising meetings, agendas and minutesAbout youExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders who have diverse interests, values and beliefsAbility to work effectively independently, or as part of a teamCompetency in a range of MS applications including Word and ExcelExceptional attention to detailPrevious high-level personal assistant/administrative experienceKnowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminologyYou will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional, friendly and dedicated workforce who take pride in providing high-quality service.
