What’s in it for you?
Looking for a Salesforce role where you can make an immediate impact? This is your chance to be a key player in a high-profile transformation project, helping a business move away from legacy systems and optimize how they use Salesforce.
You’ll work on a mix of stakeholder engagement, system improvements, and data modeling, shaping how Salesforce is used across the company. If you enjoy hands-on delivery, automation, and improving business processes, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting a major system upgrade, ensuring Salesforce is optimized for business needs.
* Building out a stakeholder model—the framework is in place, and now it needs execution.
* Managing releases and user administration, ensuring seamless system functionality.
* Collaborating within an Agile delivery team, communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Handling data modeling, using Flow, and playing a key role in Salesforce delivery.
Experience required:
* 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a delivery-focused role (not just system admin).
* Strong release management and user administration experience.
* Experience in data modeling, Flow, and automating Salesforce processes.
* Agile delivery experience—working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills—you’ll work with a wide range of teams.
* Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Connect.

Benefits:
* Flexible Hybrid work model – after 1 week of onboarding in Newcastle, you'll spend just two days a month in the office.
