The role involves guiding the development and delivery of legal strategies, considering both immediate and long-term needs, and managing legal risks across the department.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a degree in law, be admitted as a legal practitioner in an Australian court, and hold an unrestricted legal practising certificate. To be successful in this role, you must meet the Senior Executive Service capability for the SES band 2 level and hold a Negative Vetting 2 security clearance.
