La Bottega Ristorante is seeking Restaurant Manager to join our team and manage our ristorante. As a part of growing business, this role offers a competitive salary and the opportunities to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Manage a team of 12 staff members at La Bottega Ristorante and Gurkha`s Grill, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing.Focus on staff training, development, and performance management to uphold exceptional service standards. Monitor and maintain food hygiene standards, compliance with regulations, and hygiene and sanitation practices. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the back-of-house team to adjust supply orders based on customer preferences and seasonal trends. Manage catering services, including customer consultations, event setups, and delivery coordination. Prepare monthly cash flow reports and provide recommendations for operational improvements to the director.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in high-volume cafes or similar hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, food service regulations, and restaurant procedures. Demonstrated experience in staff training, performance management, and customer service excellence. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Relevant certifications in food hygiene and hospitality management are advantageous.
