About the role
As an innovative Solutions Architect reporting to the Sales Director, you will:
Be responsible for leading the practice, and introducing the overall technical vision, for a particular solution or project
Develop and implement IT systems that will meet client’s business needs
Gathering the requirements, operational specifications and assessing existing systems in place in order to identify areas of improvement
Be competent in the design and development of SOWs, whilst maintaining the ability to integrate additions and or changes
Ensure clear communication around project processes and working with clients to develop processes
Manage and deliver client training and user enablement upon completion of projects
Achieve KPI's and have accountability for regularly updating internal systems & reports whilst aligning to sales targets to support the sales process
Act closely with the suppliers within the NetStrategy Product portfolio, aligning with the technical and sales program capability requirements
Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or proven equivalent experience, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in engineering, software architecture design and project management
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to assess the business impact that certain technical choices have as well as inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
