We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.What you’ll do:Operating on a 2:1 roster from Perth, you'll be part of a major iron ore construction project, early into the execution phase. We have a dedicated team on site waiting to support and mentor your career growth in the mining projects space. We're looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and keen to get stuck in. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Development and management of site environmental plans in accordance with legislation and company standards.Monitoring, data collection, QA/QC, data analysis, and reporting, including database management and GIS.Provide general environmental advice and support for site-based construction and operations staff.Manage, collate, and provide environmental data, non-compliance information, or other issues for regulatory notifications.Conduct site audits and report the outcomes and recommendations to the Construction & Project Managers.About You:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.At least 2 years of experience in an environmental role in the mining industry.High level written and verbal communication skills.Proven capability in the analysis and presentation of environmental data.About WSP | Calibre:WSP | Calibre is a leading global engineering and project delivery business to the mining sector.
