About the Role The AGL Wind Team are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for their South Australian wind farms. They need someone who will support the Site Supervisors in the management and coordination of all planned and unplanned maintenance activities in a safe, effective and cost-effective way. This is a new role that you can make your own, working with the best minds in the renewable space.
About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a background in maintenance coordination. Your excellent organisational and communication skills enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams. Coordinate work during planning and execution phases with relevant teams.Operate within the CMMS (SAP) following business processes, standards, policies, and guidelines.Oversee schedule break-in work, including unplanned outages, in consultation with key stakeholders to determine scope of works.Identify and coordinate the most efficient and effective use of resources to execute work while optimising market opportunities, plant downtime, and minimising impact on scheduled maintenance activities.Comply with all safety policies and guidelines, permit to work, and hazard identification systems, including supervision of contractor safety requirements.Required Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or trade qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline; wind turbine operator / maintainer certificates are advantageous.Expertise in maintenance and operating systems, HSE procedures, and quality assurance processes.Knowledge in scheduling maintenance work within heavy industry settings.Knowledge of SAP and experience in developing maintenance strategies.Proven ability to manage complex site activities and lead multidisciplinary projects.Applications close 2nd of February 2025.
