The Department General Medical Ward, G2
Sandringham Hospital is an acute general medical 10+ bed ward that cares for patients with both acute and chronic conditions. G2 delivers expert general medical care and complex discharge planning, working closely with our interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to support patient-centered care and decision planning.
The Role
Sandringham General Medicine is currently seeking experienced nurses to join our team.
As a clinical nurse, your practice will lead to excellence in patient care. You understand the importance of establishing a relationship between the patient and yourself to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You demonstrate the core nursing values of patient-centered care, trust, and respect in every interaction with patients, carers, and colleagues.
You are accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient's plan of care in partnership with the patient, their carers, and other members of the healthcare team.
You are supported in your role as a clinical nurse by all other nursing positions.

Qualifications and Experience Required
* Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
* Current and satisfactory Police Check
* Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check
