We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR & Training Officer to join our Brisbane city office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage training coordination, compliance, records management;
* Provide assistance and support with recruitment and onboarding, and general HR activities;
Requirements
* 2-3 years experience in an HR or training environment;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent computer skills with previous experience in O365 platforms;
* Excellent administration skills with willingness to learn and be involved in diverse tasks;
* The ability to plan and organise a busy workload while providing support to multiple stakeholders;
* Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively;
