Lead the strategy and management of digital operations for websites, focusing on improving demand, conversion rates, and add-to-cart metrics. Drive best-in-class digital activation in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and evolve digital operations strategy aligned with business priorities
* Manage e-commerce operations, including product activation, website quality assurance, and promotional execution
* Optimise customer experience through data-driven insights and local expertise
* Lead and coach your team to deliver executional excellence and drive revenue
* Analyse trends and performance, providing actionable recommendations
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and global colleagues
* Analyse customer journey data to identify pain points and opportunities
* Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve user experience
* Manage and mentor the digital operations team, foster a positive environment and conduct regular performance reviews and provide growth opportunities

* Site project oversight
* Team Leadership
* New product activation
* Issue triage and resolution
* Product attribution for search and navigation
* Onsite promotion management
Qualifications:
* 7 + years experience in Digital Operations Management
* Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while effectively managing your team
* Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics and project management systems such as Jira and Asana
* Experience leading a team to success
* Expert level knowledge and experience with web based product, content and catalog management systems.
