Job Title: Disability Support Practitioner
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in the Accommodation and Respite in Great Western Sydney region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide compassionate care and support to our clients with disabilities, promoting independence and advocating for their individual needs. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized support, transporting clients, monitoring well-being, and being part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
* Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of people with disabilities.
* Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts.
* Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs.
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
* Local to the North Shore.
