This role supports a major transformational project focused on reshaping business processes and improving operational efficiency, while also covering key FP&A functions.Develop financial models in Anaplan and Power BI.
The role reports to the Business Performance Finance Business Partner.
An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.Principle AccountabilitiesBudgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and track variances to ensure alignment with business goals.Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, analyze results, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.Data Analysis and Business Modeling: Analyze financial data, build models, and conduct scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.Cash Flow and Capital Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and growth.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights to stakeholders, including senior management.Skills and Experience RequiredAdvanced expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.Strong proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.Skilled in financial software tools (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, Excel).Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.Experience in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting, with keen attention to detail.What We OfferAn inspiring place to work and a collaborative work environment.
