The Role:
o Full oversight and management of general Facilities Management duties and responsibilities
o Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and allocations
o Excellent eye for detail is required to ensure the building is kept presentable and in line with owner standards
o Engage and effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that foster trust and a sense of community
o Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
About You:
o Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager for a-grade building
o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
o Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in Microsoft Office
o Ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
o Be well-presented and able to communicate effectively
o Strong customer service background
