We pride ourselves on our family-friendly environment and welcoming, professional team.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, efficient staff management, and compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the restaurant, including ordering stock, overseeing food preparation, and managing service quality.Develop and implement rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.Monitor costs and budgets, including stock control and wastage minimisation.Ensure compliance with all food safety, licensing, and workplace health and safety regulations.Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously to maintain high satisfaction levels.Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with management to drive business growth.DesiredStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and staff rostering.Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of cuisine (particularly pizza and pasta) highly regarded.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this role.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: $75,000.00 per year + superannuation
