We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation.
What does the role entail?
* Ensure sales budgets and revenue targets are achieved for our Residential Climate product groups. This includes Air Conditioners, Evaporative and Portable Cooling, Gas Ducted Heating, Electric Heating and Portable/Fixed Heating.
* Develop and execute strategy to ensure continued growth across National Accounts.
* Expand presence in Dealer and Wholesale channels.
* Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities into new segments and new product development.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives aimed at driving sales growth.
Who are we looking for?
* Successful background in managing and implementing new business contracts.
* Experience developing and implementing business plans.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business operations.
* Sales management experience in an organisation with a diverse product range.
* An ability to implement strategic direction and liaise with senior management teams.
* Management of budgets, costs and operational requirements.
