We’re looking for a passionate Brand Manager to drive growth and success for Doctors on Demand, one of our flagship brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role focused on developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, coordinating content and delivering key brand initiatives with excellence.
You’ll work closely with our internal creative team and external agencies, leveraging their expertise to bring campaigns to life and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence. As the Brand Manager, your strategic insights and collaborative approach will be essential in driving results and fostering innovation within the Doctors on Demand brand.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Take charge of leading and ensuring the timely execution of all brand activities.
2. Manage brand content, including writing content, updating websites, scheduling organic social media, and ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms.
3. Effectively communicate brand standards, strategy, and marketing programs to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
4. Proactively initiate and lead projects that address market challenges, safeguarding market share and meeting annual KPIs.
5. Lead cross-functional project teams for communicating and promoting services, events, and product updates within set budgets.
6. Manage timelines while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Legal, and IT departments.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and manage agency partners to develop effective marketing campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration and results.
8. Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations for the brand's future direction.
9. Regularly review and track brand performance and health, providing comprehensive reports to the wider team.
10. Collaborate with Digital and Design to plan owned channel communications for marketing activities, including eDM, social media, app, website, and blog content.
11. Contribute to strategic long-term planning initiatives, providing valuable insights and ideas to the Head of Marketing in relation to your portfolio and the wider business.
12. Identify opportunities and issues, taking initiative to develop activities and plans in response to the findings.
About you:
1. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
2. Previous Brand Marketing experience, ideally in health and medical.
3. You understand what makes a product or brand easy to buy/use, and champion this within your projects.
4. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset to look for innovative ways of increasing market presence.
5. You’re a natural relationship builder on all levels.
6. You’re analytical and base decisions on data.
7. Demonstrated strong people management and team leadership, particularly ability to influence others to deliver key initiatives.
8. Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and an ability to lead a portfolio.
9. High level attention to detail & accuracy.
10. Ability to prioritise workload aligned with excellent time management.
This role can be based in either the Gold Coast or Brisbane, with occasional travel required between sites.
