The role of Executive Support Assistant will: Provide high level executive and administrative support to designated committees. Provide ongoing administration support, including diary management, preparing agendas, coordinating meetings and appointments with internal and external parties, assisting with and preparing reports, presentations, minute taking and accurate record keeping. Provide high quality correspondence, through numerous methods, to various key stakeholders. Deliver on administrative tasks, including utilising systems and software associated with document management, correspondence, travel, expense claims, and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements. Provide general administration tasks including filing, archiving, mail merging and mail-outs. Work collaboratively with other positions across RAAFA. To be successful in this role: Prior demonstrable experience in an Executive Support Assistant position is desirable. A passion for the Non-for-Profit sector and helping others. A methodical approach to process management with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills that delivers effective teamwork and establishes successful working relationships for both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment and on a varied range of activities. Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour goes a long way at RAAFA!
