Total Tools Caloundra is looking for a Full-Time Cashier Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships. What will you be doing? Engaging with customers face to face and via phone and email Processing sales through our POS system Staying up to date with new products and promotions Maintaining a clean and tidy retail counter area Does this sound like you? Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with prior experience using a POS Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work Hours of work: Applicant must be available to work weekdays, some public holiday work and will be required to work as standard roster as outlined below. 9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays Why work for us?
