About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Software Sales Leader that can:
* Lead and coach ambitious Enterprise BDM's and Partner Managers in achieving individual, team, and organisational quotas.
* Craft and drive new and strategic global go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
* Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure ARR deals.
* Provide strategic executive leadership, including sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales coaching, and commission planning.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience as a Software Sales Leader with direct reports.
Channel and Direct Enterprise Sales Experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Extensive and relevant network to accelerate short & medium term growth.
Comprehensive knowledge of GRC or Cyber SaaS/Cloud/Applications.
Demonstrated Enterprise account sales leadership experience and track record of success.
Ability to build and lead software sales organisations, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience.
Excellent cross-organisation teamwork and communication skills.
