Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a high volume environment.
Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
Minimum 3 years’ experience for Chefs applications.
Minimum 2 years' experience for Cook applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Be able to work well under pressure.
Produce great food, consistently.
Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times.
Possess great communication skills.
Have the ability to work flexible hours including nights & weekends, including Sundays.
