Job Description
* Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets
* Using initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
* Leading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targets
* Training and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional service
* Managing rosters to maximise showroom staff coverage
* Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
* Maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising
Qualifications
* Have significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teams
* Can demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilising KPIs
* Exceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaints
* Have sales experience in similar premium showroom environments
* Are highly organised and have excellent time management
* Can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including; customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performance
