Senior Account Manager - Leading Digital Media Agency - Up to $110,000 Package A leading Australian-owned media buying and planning agency, part of a wider independent organisation, with their group covering everything from strategy, creative, content, media, production, and experience management, is looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their team. The role is based in QLD (/Gold Coast/) and is available in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.What we are looking for:3 - 5 years media agency experience Strong account management & media sales/new business development experience Hands on digital & programmatic experience not a mandate but a bonus Strong people leadership skills Comfortable working autonomously Excellent communication skills, organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills Strong hands on research tool knowledge Ability to navigate finance media software (Spectra) Strong business, technical and problem solving skills Excellent use of MS suite – PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel What you will be responsible for:Account Management - Successfully manage a portfolio of existing clients nation-wide by strengthening trusted relationships with clients and their teams Media Sales & Business Development - Leverage your Media Sales nous & business development acumen to increase revenue generation. Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process. Help existing and new clients see the value of the digital media services across the wider group and how they can deliver 360° value to transform their business. Campaign management - From the initial stages of briefing media, compiling and preparing advertising schedules, creating presentations for clients, media bookings and material instructions. Analyse data, think creatively and design innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible. Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on clients' needs and wants. Developing various options for media plans based on the client's objectives Manage project resourcing ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings and budget. Ensure all media goals and strategies are delivered and executed within budget Analyse the client's post-campaign results and recommend refinements Build relationships with key vendors, attending meetings, seminars when possible to understand the latest in programming or station updates Ensure all media buys are correctly reconciled in a timely manner to meet vendor payment terms Quality control of all buys that you work on and oversee. Collaborate with clients, media and production houses.
