Job Title: Equipment Warehouse Coordinator
Employment Type: 15 weeks contract
Workload: Part-time, 3 days a week, 7.5 hours per day
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Equipment Warehouse Coordinator to manage our demo unit warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in handling the logistics and maintenance of demonstration units, ensuring that they are ready and available for various marketing events and customer demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
1. Demo Equipment Management: Oversee the entire demo equipment warehouse operations, including asset allocation and shipment arrangements.
2. Inventory Control: Manage physical inventory checks, complete the Oracle PI audit on time, re-certify power cords, and ensure all demo units are equipped with the latest firmware.
3. Logistics: Prepare carnets for international shipments, organise round-trip shipping of demo units, and handle the timely recall and return of demo units.
4. Maintenance and Repairs: Send faulty units for repairs or servicing as needed.
5. Financial Duties: Validate both local and international demo equipment shipment invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, respectively.
6. Event Support: Assist in the setup of ANZ marketing events and manage trade order deliveries and defective returns.
7. Reporting: Update the "in-transit" report timely, and share the demo inventory list with channel sales partners quarterly.
8. Strategy and Planning: Strategize demo asset allocation to optimise resources for channel sales partners.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in a technology or scientific equipment environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who can also work independently.
