This is an opportunity to directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers services to our valued clients by using your experience to drive bid inputs and ensure tender brief requirements are met, with a specific focus on writing and crafting tailored messaging for bids. The Submissions Coordinator supports the Estimating team in all aspects of the estimating and tendering process and performs general administration duties in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Be the primary point of contact for tender correspondence and maintain correspondence registers accordingly.
2. Co-ordinate and collate information from various functional teams including but not limited to Estimating, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
3. Track key deliverables and submission deadlines and hold stakeholders to account on achieving these timeframes.
4. Format, review, and edit submission documentation to ensure completeness, consistency, and clarity.
5. Maintain content library of corporate information including but not limited to capability statements, project experience, personnel CVs, and case studies.
6. Manage the centralised submissions location.
7. Create and maintain opportunities in CRM.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
3. Experience in a communications role with a strong degree of content generation/writing/formatting/editing or experience in a tendering role.
4. Ability to manage competing deadlines and engage with internal stakeholders from all levels of the business.
5. Experience utilising Salesforce (CRM) will be advantageous.
