The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Human Resource Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
1. Support the development, implementation and performance of human resource management initiatives and strategies
2. Provide practical advice and guidance to internal clients on a broad range of contemporary human resource management issues
3. Manage sensitive, high level information and knowledge in line with departmental and governmental policy
4. Prepare written correspondence to facilitate fact finding and resolution of human resource management issues
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
5. While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Human resource or a related field would be well regarded
6. Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
7. Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

17. Base salary ranging from $102 492 - $111 516 per annum

The Human Resource Business Partner team support Divisions and Directorates within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service. The HRBP team provide a link to the various Human Resource functions available within the Directorate of Human Resource Services of GCHHS
