The University of Queensland is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Rural Clinical School's Learning Community. This dynamic role will provide essential support across various functions, including facility management, finance, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Facility Coordinator, assisting with operational needs and overseeing financial administration within the Rural Clinical School.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, process reimbursement claims, student accommodation payments, and assist with asset management and procurement tasks.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on policies and procedures, and covering duties of the RCS Finance Officer during leave to ensure smooth operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a diploma with subsequent relevant experience or financial administrative experience. You should also have demonstrated skills in providing a high level of customer service, effective organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, and experience working as a team member in a busy environment.
