About the role GPC's Human Resources Team is looking for an experienced, energetic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Talent & Capability Team in a Permanent Full-Time role. As a key member of the team, you will support colleagues across the broader HR department by providing talent acquisition expertise, solutions, and support, driving exceptional candidate experience, and coordinating effective use of talent data, systems, and reporting. You will also play a role in being the face of GPC, directly impacting how talented candidates experience their interactions with us through search and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities: Providing subject matter expertise and support services in all aspects of recruitment and selection including candidate sourcing and screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding for all non-executive roles.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business, including colleagues across the HR group, hiring managers, and internal candidates.Contributing to strategies that enhance candidate experience, employer brand, talent reporting and analytics.Providing support, guidance and training to users of recruitment processes and systems.About you: We're seeking a natural collaborator who excels at connecting people with the right opportunities. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, performing pre-commencement checks, and overseeing onboarding for non-executive roles, your expertise will ensure a seamless, engaging, and efficient process. You'll attract top talent through a mix of traditional and innovative methods, including social media, while building strong relationships with HR, hiring managers, and candidates.
Beyond meeting day-to-day recruitment needs, you'll help shape strategies that enhance the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand. With a solid understanding of talent systems and recruitment reporting, you'll drive smooth service delivery and generate insights to refine our approach. You're also knowledgeable in relevant employment legislation, including Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination laws, ensuring compliance at all stages.
