As a technical Service Owner, you will be helping to prioritise work and ensure that the delivery of output from the squad is aligned to the squad OKR's and ensure that the system development doesn't compromise existing functionality.
You will set a clear technical vision for the squad and help to prioritise the backlog, coordinate new requests, and facilitate cross-squad dependencies.
Your responsibilities will be to help the squad connect their work to the bigger picture and break down the outcomes into actionable and valuable work.
You will be balancing technical debt, enhancements, and innovation.

What do I need? To be successful in this position, you should have experience in a similar role and be able to take accountability for service decisions while treating the squad with respect and supporting their development.
You will need to have experience in sprint planning and backlog refinement, as well as the ability to work well with others, including Squad Members, village leads, and squad coaches.
