1. Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
2. Salary £27,700 per annum

4. An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually)

8. Experience in a 3 AA Rosettes within a similar role.
9. You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues

11. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
12. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills
13. Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the ambition to succeed at the highest levels
14. Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
