THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an Office Administrator for our Adelaide office.
As the director of first impressions, this role will ensure the smooth running and coordination of all office administration activities.
Your duties will include, but may not be limited to: Key Responsibilities: Maintain a tidy and professional office environment Answer phones, greet visitors, and organize meetings and events.
Prepare meeting and Boardrooms, ensuring all technology is functional.
Manage car park and building access.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate couriers.
Monitor and order office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.).
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of staff, including hardware returns.
Provide office inductions for new employees and inform them of amenities and emergency procedures.
Organize meetings, functions, and training sessions as needed.
Manage access cards and lockers, maintaining an access card register.
Book travel for staff using the travel management system.
Communicate office requirements to the NRI Marketing & Communications Team for branded assets and governance.
Provide updates on regional initiatives in team meetings DESIRED EXPERIENCE MS Office skills Previous administration experience Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication Dedicated and competent with organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills Positive and operates with high-energy High attention to detail Able to work Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700.
