What are you going to do
Project Development:
1. Lead the end-to-end development of solar and BESS projects, from greenfield identification through approvals and financing.
2. Manage teams and external contractors to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
3. Secure necessary permits and licenses, working with local authorities and stakeholders.
4. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progression.
Business Development:
1. Contribute to the creation of business cases for new renewable energy projects.
2. Manage due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
3. Provide input on emerging renewable energy technologies and market opportunities.
Growth Strategy:
1. Support the company's growth in the Australian market by identifying and developing new project opportunities.
2. Work closely with senior management to shape the project pipeline and growth strategy.
Reporting & Communication:
1. Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting on progress and risks.
2. Lead stakeholder communications and manage community engagement for project development.
