About the Opportunity The Receptionist is responsible for a wide range of general administration reception duties in the headspace Kalgoorlie office. Requirements of the Role: Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers. Provide administration support to the headspace Kalgoorlie team Provide assistance with events. Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff member. Register headspace clients and prepare client files Make client appointments with headspace staff and on-site consortium partners. Daily SMS Reminder send out for clients. hAPI Profile and Survey created for clients. Collect, record and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail. Pick up mail weekly for both headspace - from local post office. Complete general correspondence as required. Receive, redirect, and respond to emails. Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock. Data entry. Prepare documents including filing-, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding. Daily/ weekly housekeeping. Liaising with P.O creation. About you: Commitment to upholding HOPE’s vision, mission and values. Minimum schooling: Year 10 certificate.
