Full-time or part-time role – Content Marketer
What will you do?
Real estate agents are in the business of listing properties for sale and for rent. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that all of our marketing positions us as the leading local agency and ensures we have constant visibility in the community. Your focus will be on all the work that happens to generate stock (win listings). This will include strategising, planning, and running campaigns (print + digital), posting and engaging on social media, and creating content for social media/website and publications which would include writing, photography, and video.

What Role Will You Play In Helping Us?
Campaign Development
You’ll play an integral role in the development of a campaign calendar and all the associated materials. This will set the narrative for all marketing, including the verbal narrative from agent to vendor. You’ll have the opportunity to be creative, strategic, and experimental as well as design, implement, research, and analyse outcomes across a range of platforms such as print, digital, and events.
Social Media Strategy
Working with our existing branding and marketing pillars, you’ll deliver the continual refinement of our social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating profiles for staff and ensuring they have a consistent and relevant posting schedule. You’ll monitor their posting, provide marketing materials, and support individuals as needed.
Content Creation
You’ll be the hub for our business, seeking stories, photography, video, and interesting data from our team and the local community. You’ll develop content that positions our brand well in the community, responsible for copywriting, photography, design, and videography. It is desirable if you have your own cameras.
Branding
You’ll work with existing branded materials and occasionally create new marketing materials to suit particular campaigns or needs. You’ll be expected to work within the Adobe suite and collaborate with our printers to provide print-ready artwork as needed.
Sponsorship management and opportunities
You’ll manage community initiatives, including finding potential recipients for our monthly $500 grant, reaching out to organizations, arranging payment, and coordinating photography and video for marketing across multiple platforms.
General Administration Duties
You’ll be involved in a range of administrative duties, including staff, sponsorships, and client functions. Experience with the Adobe suite is essential for adjusting detailed estate plans.
You will create and implement various marketing items to assist our Director Peter Clark in his role as Regional Director for the OBrien network.
The Commercial Exchange is a Co-working facility located at 79 Princes Street, Drouin (Our Drouin office). You will be responsible for marketing the space and all strategies to fill the offices.

What important skills/qualifications do you require?
Qualification in marketing/media is preferable.
A creative mindset is essential.
Experience in graphic design using the Adobe suite is essential.
Experience in managing social media accounts is essential.
Experience across a range of marketing functions.
Your own camera equipment is desirable.
Who we think you are
This role reports to the General Manager.
This role is ongoing at OBrien Real Estate Clark and will be based in our Warragul and Drouin offices.
Training – We’ll work with you to develop and approve a training calendar at our expense.
We’ll ensure you have the appropriate equipment and software licenses.
