This role is based at University Hospital Geelong (UHG) and operates across a seven-day roster, including weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), with equivalent days off during the week. Weekend shifts are remunerated at time and a half, and public holidays at double pay. Employees who work 10 or more weekends per year receive an additional week of annual leave.As a Social Worker, you will provide psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and consultation within the treating team while ensuring patient and family needs are met. You will also coordinate referrals to internal and external services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to service meetings, education, and working groups.
