What’s the role?
This is a wonderful opportunity for male and female General Practitioners to provide culturally appropriate holistic health care, to help achieve outstanding outcomes for dialysis patients from Central Australian communities.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team caring for the health and wellbeing of dialysis patients and families, and you will have an opportunity to build strong relationship, spending quality time with patients
8. Provide high quality primary health care services to patients of all age ranges and health care needs
9. Respond to acute medical/health problems presented by patients
10. Develop chronic disease management plans with the patient’s input
11. Provide appropriate health education and promotion
Before you apply, we need you to have:
12. Medical Practitioner’s specialist registration with AHPRA
13. Fellow of RACG or ACCRM
14. A passion for treating chronic disease for better health outcomes
