The first is the hands-on financial management activities of our client. You will be a qualified accountant with experience managing the finances of a medium-sized sales and distribution company. You will have experience with ERP software (Netsuite would be a bonus), inventory management, payroll, regular reporting and all interactions with auditors, the ATO and other statutory bodies. The other aspect of the role is leading our client's small customer service team. You will set the standards, manage the team, identify areas for improvement and be the go-to person for any problems for any challenging issues that may arise. You will be an adept manager of people, an excellent communicator and can lead by example.
