Level 2 IT Support Officer (Point of Sale) - Up to $100k + Super - BrisbaneThe company:My client is a well know, multi-national, multi-billion dollar retailer, with locations across Australia and overseas. This role will be based at 8 Mile Plains in Brisbane (free parking) and will supporting IT at locations across Brisbane, including the POS solution. Benefits of the role: Excellent salary - Up to $100k + Super Highly autonomous role Free parking Very well known organisation Friendly Manager and team The role of the IT Support Officer will include: Support calls from site for POS and IT related issues Handle POS Installations and Upgrades Windows support, configuration and maintenance Configure and coordinate changes on POS System after pumps are repaired 3rd party Technician management when required Eftpos Terminal support Strong customer orientation Ability to troubleshoot and assist with repairs of IT products Keep the asset register up to date Assisting with IT Projects On call requirement, rotated every 2 weeks (very rarely needed) To be successful in this role, you will need: SwiftPos/QuickFuel and SSA knowledge highly regarded 3-5 years' experience in Point of Sales System Support IT background, Microsoft Certified Professional preferred. SharePoint and Exchange online experience.
