Viterra is currently seeking a talented leader to join our team at Rudall.About the roleWe are currently seeking a dynamic leader to coordinate grain operations and resources at our Rudall site to achieve high levels of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service. Our Western region spans across the Eyre Peninsula; and the role of Supervisor is an integral part of our supply chain.With the support and guidance of the Operations Coordinator, this role has operational responsibility for all storage and handling functions including staff and systems performance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering results.DutiesSupervise and coordinate grain receival, storage, and outloading activities.Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.Maintain accurate records of grain transactions, quality assessments, and operational reports.Enforce and champion safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace.Coordinate stock movements and manage inventory to optimize operations.Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure seamless facility maintenance.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Cultivate lasting relationships with our grower customers, ensuring exceptional service.About usWe are Viterra, we connect Australian growers with domestic and international consumers through our world-leading, fully integrated agriculture network.Viterra operates a storage and handling network of strategically located sites and port terminals spanning key growing regions in South Australia and western Victoria.
