Senior Youth Worker
We are seeking a skilled Senior Youth Worker to join our team at Northam PCYC. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and mentorship to young people attending the Stepping Stones Program.

PCYC is WA's leading youth organisation working with the community and WA Police Force to empower children and young people to reach their potential. Our 16 centres provide a range of sports and alternative education programs for young people, including our Stepping Stones program.
Position Overview
As a Senior Youth Worker, you will:
* Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to young people in the Stepping Stones Program
* Evaluate and ensure the effective delivery of the Stepping Stones Program

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Youth/Community or related areas (Cert IV highly desirable)
* Demonstrated experience in delivering and evaluating youth programs
* Ability to communicate effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds
* Previous experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people
* Passion for re-engaging young people through building positive professional relationships
* National Police Check and Working with Children Check
