I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote support, conduct fault analysis, compile product quality issues, maintain customer relationships, and manage training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote technical support to customers. Analyze system faults and prepare reports. Collect and analyze product quality feedback. Maintain effective communication with customers. Manage and conduct training sessions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering. 3+ years of experience in the electrical/renewable industry. Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining residential BESS systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with relevant Australian/international codes.
