If you have a passion for B2B SaaS, real estate, and sustainable solutions, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a global Sales Team to implement sales strategies tailored to the Australian market, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and company goals.Establish trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their challenges, ambitions, and needs.Handle the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to RFPs and contract negotiations.Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas by converting qualified leads and expanding our presence in the market.Create compelling presentations, lead product demonstrations (online and in person), and clearly communicate the value of Scaler’s solutions.Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging insights to differentiate Scaler’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or otherwise proven experience in product management.Minimum 6 years of experience in sales-related roles within B2B SaaS, ESG, or technology-driven industries.Experience with ESG, real estate, or environmental solutions is a plus.Strong analytical mindset, using data to quantify opportunities and guide decision-making.Creative problem-solving and critical thinking, especially in high-stakes negotiations.Benefits:Top of market salary and equity.Variable compensation plan to reward high sales achievement.25 paid vacation days per year, but opportunity for more if needed.We offer a hybrid work policy: 2 days working from home and 3 days in-office each week.Four months parental leave.Annual personal development budget.We are a global company that meets in person at least once a year.A self-starter with ambition, curiosity, and a goal-oriented approach.
