We've been proudly bringing joy to tables and smiles to faces with the delicious food we've been crafting for over 100 years.A large part of our strong growth and success is because we're always looking for new ways to do things and thinking about how we can create a better, more sustainable future world together.Our success as an industry leader in providing deliciously good food means we can continue to invest in our future as we work towards becoming Australia and New Zealand's first choice for poultry.Your opportunity to join us!As a HR Advisor for SA/NT you will report to the People and Performance Manager and partner with a broad leadership group across multiple sites covering our operations and farming businesses.You will play a key role in enabling leaders to develop their people whilst supporting Inghams' culture journey across the sites.This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, based at Burton with flexibility to work from home as required.Some travel expected between sites.Key responsibilities: Support the People and Performance Manager in dealing with people-related matters such as grievances, disciplinary and performance issues.Interpret, apply, and provide advice around various Enterprise Agreements and Awards.Develop productive and collaborative relationships with leaders across all sites.Work in conjunction with the L&D team to support the delivery of learning and development programs across the sites to build capability across the leadership teams.Champion Inghams' culture journey across the sites and support leaders and our people to drive a constructive culture.Understand and identify gaps and opportunities in areas such as talent management, leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing, and work with the broader P&P team to support people initiatives in these areas.Report on people metrics as required.Undertake administrative tasks related to HR transactions and processes.Contribute positively to the team environment, fostering open communication and actively seeking feedback. Key requirements: Previous HR experience within a blue collar, operational environment would be ideal.Strong ability to build relationships, develop trust, and influence a variety of stakeholders.Experience providing an advisory and support service on people-related matters.Excellent communication skills, with high level interpersonal and relationship management skills and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Highly effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with remote stakeholders.Tertiary qualifications in HR are preferred.Previous exposure to Enterprise Agreements and Awards along with the ability to interpret and apply workplace relations legislation and frameworks is desired.
