We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will collaborate closely with Support Office teams on a wide range of HR generalist activities including reporting and analytics, employee relations, organisational design, recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.

The Role:
* Collaborating with the broader HR Team to execute our HR Strategy
* Partnering with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HR
* Supporting the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)
* Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Analyzing HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policies
* Managing employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements
* Supporting the execution of organisational design
* Driving completion of compliance training and supporting career and succession planning
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment process
* Partnering with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolio
* Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updates
* Ensuring performance and development plans and processes are embedded and completed
* This is an on-site role 5 days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environment
* A strong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and Agreements
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Demonstrated experience in using data to drive HR strategies
* Highly organized with strong planning and organizational skills
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirable
